BHJ Lifter-Tru Piloted Cutters are available in .843" (GM), .875" (Ford), .906" (Chrysler), and .937" diameter for enlarging existing lifter bores, as well as 1" and 1.062" diameter for installation of lifter bore sleeves. The .843", .875", .906" and .937" cutters are also used to rough-finish lifter bore sleeves prior to final honing with BHJ's Lifter Bore Hone, which is sold separately. All cutters feature a .750" x .750" drive end, for use in most machine collets.
All Cutter diameters are available in either Standard 2.062" Pilot length (shown at bottom in photos), or 2.250" Long-Pilot (top in photos). Most stock-style blocks require a Standard-Pilot Cutter, while blocks with tall lifter bosses will require a Long-Pilot Cutter, to properly start the cut, to prevent bellmouthing of the machined bore.
