This 2-inch Precision Support Bar (top photo) is the heart of the set-up for all BHJ block machining fixtures. Use of this 38 pound, specially turned, ground and polished precision shafting provides the rigidity necessary for this critical zero datum starting point.
The 2-inch Support Bar is shown in bottom photo, installed in a block, using BHJ's Main Bearing Bore Adapter Rings.
