It is with immense gratitude that we, Brian and Barbara Clarke, announce that BHJ Products & Dynamics will cease production of its automotive performance product lines as of December 31st, 2025.

Effective December 1st, 2025, we will no longer accept new orders for parts that are not in stock, but we will continue to fulfill orders already in process or scheduled for production.

Our manufacturing and sheet-metal divisions will continue to operate through Bay City Screw & Bolt, and we will continue to support key accessories to ensure our customers can keep using their existing tools.

We want to express our heartfelt thanks to all of you, our customers, suppliers, and employees, for your loyalty and support over the years. Your partnership has been vital to our success, and we are truly grateful.

As we move into the next chapter of our lives, we are excited and looking forward to slowing down & continue working side by side with our children, Michael and Julie, & the Bay City Team in the growth of Bay City Screw & Bolt, as well as our other manufacturing divisions.

As we shift our focus toward our continuing operations, our commitment to quality manufacturing and customer support remains unwavering.
